Suki
Suki is a character created for a character design independent study, completed in my final semester at DigiPen
Suki lives with her grandmother on their family farm in contemporary rural Japan. Next door to a fishing village, Suki and her grandmother grow and harvest their produce on their own and drive their truck over to the village on weekends to trade their produce for fresh fish.
Suki is striking, calculating, and motivated. She cares deeply for her grandmother and her farm, which she will someday inherit. Since childhood, Suki has had the psychic ability to read the minds of others, especially when in physical contact with them. With the wellness of her family farm as her top priority, she will occasionally use this power to swindle their customers for extra money. This has created conflict between her and her grandmother, who values honesty in her business practices and does not approve of Suki's manipulation of others through her unusual talent.

Jude
Jude is a character created for a character design independent study, completed in my final semester at DigiPen
For this project, I was tasked with creating a "plug-and-play" character for one of my favourite video games, Spiritfarer. Through completing master studies, studying the art book, and forming my own ideas from my personal experience playing the game, Jude's design and character was created.
