"Mother" is a student short film created at DigiPen Institute of Technology over my junior/senior year, on a team with six other artists. The film is 2d-3d hybrid, with 3d backgrounds and 2d animated characters.

​

"Mother" is currently on the festival circuit, and has collected multiple accolades:

  • DAM Short Film Festival: Student Animation (2023) - Official Selection

  • TIAF: Tbilisi 5th International Animation Festival: Short Film Competition (2023) - Official Selection

  • ReAnimania Int Animation Film & Comics Art Festival of Yerevan: Animated Graduation Films (2023) - Official Selection

  • International Student Animation Film Festival Animafantasia: Student Animated Film (2023) - Official Selection

  • Overmountain Animation Festival: Student Animation (2023) - Official Selection

"Iron Mermaiden" is a student short film created at DigiPen Institute of Technology in my sophomore year, on a team with five other artists. This project was created remotely during the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic.

​

"Iron Mermaiden" went on to be featured in several festivals, and won multiple accolades:

  • Rookie's Awards: Film of the Year (2D Animation) (2021) - Finalist

  • ISAFF AnimaFantasia: Student short films (2021) - Honorable mention

  • Overmountain Animation Festival (2022) - Official Selection

  • TIAF: Tbilisi 5th International Animation Festival: short film competition (2022) - Official Selection
